Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Lumina Aura.
Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at lumminaaura@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that are damaged due to misuse
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
